Main factors taken into account during evaluation of submitted nominations include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitality of the group measured in the amount and quality of organized activities. These activities shall have an important impact on the Young Professional community;<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with other IEEE units in order to facilitate engagement of members of all grades;<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with industry and academia;<\/li>\n<li>New inspiring ideas that help grow the local Young Professionals community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ee.pw.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Prezydenci_IES_i_przewodniczacy_IES-YP_1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"shadow alignleft wp-image-5531\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ee.pw.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Prezydenci_IES_i_przewodniczacy_IES-YP_1-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ee.pw.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Prezydenci_IES_i_przewodniczacy_IES-YP_1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ee.pw.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Prezydenci_IES_i_przewodniczacy_IES-YP_1.png 612w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/a>It is the success of all IES members, in particular IES officers and AdCom board members, thanks to whom Young Professionals were able to operate effectively.
