During the mobility

Incoming Students

Step by step:

  1. If you need an Arrival/Departure certificate, please send a pattern of this document with your university (if you have it) on email: incoming.erasmus@pw.edu.pl. You can pick this document in Erasmus Office:
    Noakowskiego Str. 18/20, Entrance B, 6 floor, room 610, intercom 30, 00-668 Warsaw, Poland
    Open hours:
    Monday – Wednesday: 11.00 – 14.00
    Thursday – Friday: 8.30 – 12.30

  2. Then you will be redirected to Mr Zbigniew Drażek zbigniew.drazek@pw.edu.pl (Electrical-Technology Building, entrance „C” room 504 (last floor) >> Map) who will help you in course registration.

  3. Once the registration procedure is over at the Student`s Registration Office, you will see your student`s ID number and the individual bank account number, to which you will have to make a payment (wire transfer or cash payment in any bank) in the ISOD system. The fee amount for your ID card is 22 PLN. The card should be ready in a few days from the time that your student`s ID number appears in the ISOD system. Afterwards you need to come to the Dean`s Office with a printed proof of payment (22 PLN, only in PLN!) in order to collect the card. You may also send the confirmation of payment by e-mail/ISOD application. Without the proof of payment you will not be allowed to collect your Student`s ID.

  4. If you have classes in other faculties you should fill an Application for registration for classes out of our faculty. We accept one (1) course only. This can be done only if you get the permission of your tutors, validated by the Dean, who should accept and sign this document. Also the host faculty Dean should grant you the permission to attend those courses. You can find the contacts to other faculty coordinators here: Faculty Coordinators

  5. Your Timetable is available by logging into the ISOD system: https://isod.ee.pw.edu.pl/isod-portal/plany

  6. If you want to change your Learning Agreement, fill in the “During the Mobility” section of your original document. Indicate the courses you want to drop or add. Next, provide your home university with the updated document in order to get the changes accepted. After you collect the approval from your university (the document is signed by your authorities), provide us with the document to confirm the changes or let your authorities us know, that they accept your changes. Finally, bring your LA to the Dean`s Office or add it to Aplication PD_150 in ISOD/ send by email and if you need a scan of this document, please make us know so that we will make it available.
Remember! you can change you LA only once and during the first two 2 weeks from classes’ start.

  7. The changes to the Learning Agreement form after your arrival can be done ONLY due to a possible schedule conflict, so please choose the courses wisely, avoiding class overlap.
